GEOTOPOS S.A. is organised in four Departments to efficiently
handle the workload of the company. Each Head of Department is
responsible for the technical personnel of the Department and
represents it at the Company Management.
The Management of the company is the responsibility of the
Director, with the assistance and support of the Assistant
Director. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for all
procedures concerned with the quality of the provided services
and the internal procedures central to the efficient operation
of the company.
The four Departments are involved with several fields of
interest. The Traffic and Transportation Department carries out
studies concerning traffic and transformational issues. The I.T.,
GIS, Earth Observation and GNSS Applications Department is
involved with GNSS, GIS and Earth Observation applications, with
database creation and all IT issues within the company. The
Topography Department carries out all the field work, the data
processing and the generation of digital maps and finally the
Cadastral Studies and Urban Study Implementation Acts Department
which his divided in the Legal and the Technical sectors.
The structure is supplemented by the Accounting unit which
handles all financial issues whereas the Secretarial Support
unit provides the necessary day to day support to all
schematic representation of the structure of GEOTOPOS
S.A. is also available.
